Payment is cash or Cashier's check upon pick-up or delivery.

Delivery and trucking can be arranged at reasonable
rates, payable to the driver. Note: Drivers DO NOT assist with
the unloading, so arrange to have adequate help at time of
delivery.
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the
productiveness, salability, or longevity of the nursery stock we
sell. All sales are FOB Winter Garden Nursery. Buyer assumes all
risk after plants leave our nursery. All claims must be made in
writing within 24 hours after receipt for adjustment. However,
Winter Garden Nursery shall at no time be liable for more than the
original purchase price of said plants.
